Every institution we meet describes some combination of the same seven problems. They are symptoms of one cause: the data lives in as many places as there are services.

Comment les modules communiquent
The modules are not a suite of separate products sharing a login. Each one owns its data and answers questions about it; the others ask rather than copy. A mark recorded by a teacher is the same mark the jury deliberates, the transcript prints and the parent portal shows.
Concretely: enrolling a student in a class makes them appear on the teacher’s attendance register, in the grade book, on the examination seating plan, in the fee schedule and in the deliberation for that class — without a single re-entry, and without any module holding a second copy of the roll.

Centralisé, non dupliqué
Each fact has exactly one owner. Cross-module questions are answered by asking that owner, so there is no second copy to drift.
Cloisonné par établissement
Every establishment has its own database schema. Two institutions on the platform cannot see each other's data by any route — the separation is structural, not a filter on a query.
Accès selon la fonction
Roles carry view and write permissions per module, and teachers, students and parents are automatically scoped to their own records. Anyone whose identity resolves to nothing sees nothing.
